At mello more, each item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the item.

Processing Time:
Because our products are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped. (This may vary slightly during busy periods or special launches.)

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days by our delivery partner. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

From the day you place your order, please expect your package to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days (this includes both processing and shipping time).

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once the package has been handed over to the delivery service, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving any issues.

Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds & Returns:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, as each item is handmade to order. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
